Upon arrival, units are furnished with sheets, towels, paper
goods and fully equipped kitchens. We do not provide daily maid service, nor
change over the linens or towels during your stay. There is a washer and dryer in
the condominium for your use.
Check in time is between 3:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M. on
schedule date of arrival. Advance notice is required to accommodate late arrival
after 8:00 P.M. Check out time is 10:00 A.M. on scheduled date of
departure.
A deposit of 30% of total balance is required to confirm
reservations with the balance due 30 days prior to check-in. A security deposit
of $150.00 in addition to the rental deposit is required.
Registered guests must be either married couples,
responsible
adults 25 years or older, or accompanied by parents.
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to
the arrival date to earn a refund (less a $30.00 processing fee reservation).
We accept personal checks, bank checks and money orders. We do
not accept any credit cards. Security deposits will be refunded, in a timely
fashion, after exit cleaning, premise inspection, and the owner's receipt of the
condominiums original keys.
Absolutely no refunds for early departures.
This is a NON-SMOKING unit. Smoking, of any type is not
allowed. Any violations of this non-smoking policy will not be tolerated. Any
evidence of smoking within the condo (i.e.; smoke odor, burns, butts, ashes,
etc.) will result in forfeiture of your security deposit. No throwing of
cigarettes, cigars or ashes from the balconies.
The condominium is equipped with air conditioning, heat, cable
television, VCR/DVD, and telephone. We do not guarantee against operational failure of
air conditioning, heat, appliances, etc. We do guarantee repairs will be made as
quickly as possible. There are absolutely no refunds, full, or in part, in the
event of failure.
Loud noises from television, stereo, musical instruments and
talking should be kept a reasonable noise level, with emphasis on the hours
between 10:00 pm till 8:00 am. House parties are strictly prohibited.
Persons under the age of 21 found to be in possession of alcoholic beverages or
intoxicated will be prosecuted (along with their guardians) to the fullest
extent under South Carolina state law.
Outdoor cooking is permitted on the grills located in the pool
areas only, Grilling on balconies, in hallways or other areas is strictly
prohibited.
The discharge of fireworks is strictly prohibited anywhere on
the Association property.
Articles of clothing, linen towels, etc. shall not be hung
from the balconies, window sills, or draped across balcony furniture. Anyone
caught throwing any objects from the balconies may be evicted and/or prosecuted.
You will be held liable for any injuries or damage incurred.
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED NO MOTORCYCLES, JET SKIS, RECREATIONAL
VEHICLES, TRAILERS, TOUR BUSES, ETC. ARE ALLOWED ON PROPERTY DUE TO DEED
RESTRICTIONS.
Remember...If our unit is
unavailable...NO WORRIES!!! Our rental managers
have 8 other condominiums that are available for renting. All have two-bedrooms and either
overlook the pool or the golf course. You can see these
